Editorial
Editorial policy
How reviews are written
- Hands-on research: reviewers open real accounts, complete KYC, deposit, trade, stake (where available) and withdraw, documenting each step with screenshots and timestamps.
- Document review: official pricing pages, terms, security disclosures and regulatory registers are read in full and logged with URLs and access dates.
- Drafting: writers separate verifiable facts (cited) from editorial assessment (labeled as opinion).
- Scoring: category scores follow the written rubrics in our methodology; a second reviewer re-scores independently.
- Editing & fact-check: an editor verifies every factual claim against the source log before publication.
Rating methodology
Weights, rubrics and the scoring formula are published in full on the methodology page. Scores cannot be purchased, and no platform sees a review before publication.
Data verification
- Each factual claim maps to a primary source in an internal source log; key sources are listed publicly.
- Fee and feature data is re-verified at least quarterly and after platform announcements; pages display the last-reviewed date.
- Numbers that cannot be verified are labeled as illustrative or removed.
Independence
Commercial partnerships (described in the affiliate disclosure) are managed separately from editorial. Partners cannot influence scores, rankings, wording or coverage decisions, and editorial staff compensation is not tied to affiliate revenue.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, we fix it quickly: material errors are corrected in the text with a dated correction note, and readers can report issues via the contact page.
What we will not publish
- Price predictions, profit projections or "guaranteed return" framing.
- Content that pressures readers to invest or downplays risk.
- Sponsored content presented as independent editorial (any sponsored material is clearly labeled).
